Meet Our CEO
Kristine D. Reed, the driving force behind MBBA, is a relentless achiever dedicated to excellence. Her journey began as a freelance makeup artist at eighteen while pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Columbia College Chicago. Kristine has collaborated with prestigious production companies and top industry names, including a prominent hip-hop radio station in Chicago, Luster's Hair, Shea Moisture, and Dos Equis during the 2018 College Football Championship Game.
Her career in the beauty industry is complemented by invaluable experience in cosmetic retail. As a Regional Events Makeup Artist, she has worked with renowned brands such as Cargo Cosmetics, Clinique, MAC, and Estee Lauder. Kristine's dedication led her to earn an MBA in Marketing, after which she became a Franchise Owner with Flori Roberts Cosmetics and eventually established her own Beauty Bar outside Metro Atlanta.
